MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT

MEB Systems Inc. offers maintenance agreements to perform annual or bi-annual roof inspections. Each maintenance agreement is tailored to fit the client’s needs. Typically, a complete inspection is done of the roof system. The roof is inspected for any damage caused by storms, freeze thaw cycles, and damage caused by other trades who service equipment on the roof. Edge flashings, caulking, and seams are examined, as well as drains, gutters, and scuppers are all cleaned. Minor repairs within an agreed upon dollar amount are included in the inspection and photos are taken to show before and after shots of the repair. The maintenance program offered by MEB. Systems Inc. is a great way to keep your roof in shape and address minor issues before they become huge problems.
